First of all we want to wish you a happy new year!
And now the news.
We're almost done with the recordings. We'll record the backvocals tomorrow and that's it.
We already got some of the new songs in our current lifeset. So come to the show next sunday and make yourself an idea of the upcoming album.
And we will probably play one or two coversongs, so you got something to sing along with us.

29.11.2007 no turn away on friday night

Hey folks,
we're very sorry to say that we're not playing the show in Rastatt on friday.
Our singer has a cold again.
Right now we're trying to get some shows at the end of december. We'll keep you up to date in the show section.
As tobi is ill, there's nothing going on in studio right now as well. But it seems that we'll be finished sooner than expected.

Hey there,
we've been to the studio again. Things are going better now with the vocals. It seems that tobi has found his style of singing.
He finished another three songs last night, which makes four songs on the whole now.

19.11.2007 long time no see...

... and there's not too much to tell you about.
After two weeks of mostly waiting, the leadvocals of one song are done. And this, as you see, does not include the backvocals.
We'll keep you informed about the progress.
But we can defenately tell you that the record won't be released till christmas.

Yes we're done with the instrumental part! Chris finished his guitar parts yesterday night, so all that's missing are the vocals.
Tobi will probably start this saturday. And then we're looking forward to work with our friends in scrambled eggs and morethanever who will sing some parts with us.
Last but not least we want to thank you all for coming to Öhringen on saturday. It was great fun for us.

My fucking fingers fucking hurt!
It took me hours to record one song. I think I suck...
But I'm almost done. There's only one song left to record tomorrow morning. And than play the show tomorrow night!
But to keep to the facts, Chris will probably start his recordings tomorrow or on sunday. Depends on how fast I will finish my job and how long soundcheck will take for him.

Well, I've been to the studio... really!
But somehow I had some serious troubles with that one guitar part.
At least we finished another song.
And now my poor fingers have a two day break:)
We'll finish the last two songs on friday and saturday and than chris can start with his guitar stuff.

Did I just say that recording goes on fast? I'm afraid, I must correct myself! If I go on like this, we'll have a nice christmas present for all of you... next year:)

29.10.2007 recording is never boring

Hey dudes and dudettes,
we finally made it to the studio!
After a few technical problems we started recording on saturday, one week later than planed. Recording goes on amazingly fast. We're already done with the drums and the bass and have done some of the guitar stuff. If we go on like this, we'll have a nice christmas present for all of you:)
We'll keep you up to date.

Hey Fellas,
unfortunatelly we got to tell you that the show in Schmölln on oktober the 5th has been chanceled.
Right now we're looking for some other show for that date, or someone who's willing to make a show with the whole lineup.
And we're also looking for a show on our way home from Bremen on september the 29th.
If anyone of you is making a show at one of these dates or knows about a show that could need another band for the lineup, feel free to get in contact with us.

Hey dudes,
time to keep you up to date.
As you may already know, the Bold show has been postponed to some unknown date, which also means, that we're not playing in Munich on July the 8th.
And please notice, that the show with Walls Of Jericho will not take place at the Universum but at the Landespavillon.

And we've got good news for those of you, who couldn't get a shirt in their size.
We've ordered new shirts with the ship print. You can get them in black and navy in all sizes, even youth sizes for the ladies, and we still got a few green ones left.
And we also thought it would be a good idea to have belts.
We got black belts with white print and olive belts with black print. Check them out!
So far about the new merch.

Last but not least we'd love to tell you that we're going to the studio in the end of summer and hope to release a new mini cd at the end of the year.
As you know, we had three lineup changes the last year, which took a lot of time we could have used for songwriting.
That's why we won't record a full leghth album, but you can look forward to eight brand new songs.
You might know some of them from the latest shows.

Hey folks,
we finally managed to get our homepage online again. And we got a bunch of news for you!
Let's start with the lineup changes we had since the last update. As some of you may have recognized, Martin and Volcan have left the band. They both moved to other cities for school and work and do no longer have the time to play with us. But we were very lucky with their successors. Anna joined the band in august '06 and is now playing second guitar. Karin, who formerly played the bass for Comecloser, joined Turn Away in january '07. And we have another lineup change. Unfortunatelly, Daniel is too busy with work to go on with the band. But he will play the two upcoming shows in Nürnberg and Offenburg with us. So we welcome our new drummer Peter. He's a cool dude and we're looking forward to making music with him. That's the lineup news so far and we hope, that will be it for the future.
After the MCD "today is the day" we released a split 7" with our friends in Morethanever in summer '06. You can check out the songs in the media section. we hope to record a new full length record as soon as possible.
Finally we got some new merch for you. Actually for the girls! We have two kinds of shirts for you, which you will soon be able to check out in the merch section.
That's the news so far. We hope to see you all at one of the upcoming shows.

Hi fellas, it took a long time since we did the last news update! We just want to thank all the nice people who came out to our last shows in Weinheim and Stuttgart! And now be prepared, we have tons of upcoming shows for you and surely there is one in the near of your hometown and it would be great to see some old friends at these shows! Furthermore we can proudly announce, that at this moment we receive our new shirts and and new hooded zippers, so hurry up if you want to save your own piece now! The design of the new stuff, you can check out in the merch section!
Last but not least we are really looking forward to this years Hardcore Bowl in Ludwigsburg at the 29.4.2006 with such awesome bands like Come Closer, Watch out and our friends in Morethanever! So in august Vulle joined us and we already had some amazing gigs together. Last week we had two shows in Ibbenbüren and Wolfsburg. These two shows were really awesome! Bad news! We are sorry to tell you that we can`t play the show on friday, 08.04.2005 in Langenau. Unfortunately one of us has to work on friday evening and therefore it is impossible to play this gig.

Our last two shows were really great, we enjoyed them very much! Now we are looking forward to our next show in Schwäbisch Gmünd and hope to see you guys there again.

13.10.04 Back from our Tour

Hi friends!!! Wir sind wieder zurück von unserem Trip mit den Jungs von morethanever. Das Wochenende war fucking awesome. Die Shows waren wirklich cool und haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht, vor allem Wolfsburg war der Oberhammer, so etwas haben wir schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Danke an alle die uns in den drei Tagen besucht haben, an Steffen, Volker und Crippel, die die Shows für uns organisiert haben, nicht zu vergessen all die neuen Freunde, die wir kennen gelernt haben, euch hier namentlich zu nennen würde den Rahmen sprengen, an die gute Küche, die uns jeden Abend wirklich mit leckerem Essen versorgt hat und an alle, die unseren Merchandise gekauft haben, wir wissen das wirklich zu schätzen. Besonders grüßen möchten wir all die Bands mit denen wir zusammen gespielt haben, besonders Some Came Running und Empty Visions.
In den nächsten Tagen werden auch noch Bilder von der Tour online gestellt, es sind ein paar ganz lustige Schnappschüsse dabei, ihr könnt also schon mal gespannt sein…
Last but not least ein riesen Dank an die boys von morethanever, ohne euch wäre das Ganze nicht annähernd so cool gewesen. We love you crazy guys!

23.09.04 New Shirts Out Now!!! Tourupdate

Aloha! Die letzten Bandmitglieder treffen demnächst aus ihren Auslandsreisen zurück und wir haben auch wieder Neuigkeiten für euch. Unsere neuen T-Shirts sind eingetroffen, und die sind wirklich der Hammer!!! Vielen Dank an Kelu@Checker Demons Tattoos, der uns das Motiv entworfen hat!!! Die Shirts könnt ihr demnächst unter Merchandise begutachten. Ausserdem gibt es ein paar kleine Änderungen bezüglich unsere Mini-Tour mit Morethanever. Die Updates sind unter Shows zu finden... Kann nicht glauben das der Sommer schon wieder vorbei ist...

28.07.04 New Shirts/Tour/Compilation

Hallo zusammen! Nach dem ihr jetzt schon so lange nichts mehr von uns gehört habt und sich aber gerade in letzter Zeit jede Menge news angesammelt haben, gibt es jetzt die volle Trönung an Neuigkeiten für euch. Zu erst wollen wir auf die frisch reingestellten Pics von unseren letzten Konzerten hinweisen. Was lange wärt wird endlich gut! Das T-Shirt Motiv ist nach langer Zeit fertig gezeichnet bei uns eingetroffen, so dass es demnächst neue T-Shirts, Girlie- Shirts sowie Pullies und Sweatjacken von uns zu kaufen geben wird. Anfang Oktober ist dann noch eine kleine Tour mit den Jungs von more than ever geplant. Details hierzu werden aber noch folgen. Wir werden mit einem song auf der "a sign of friendship vol. 2" compilation, welche auf BURNSIDE RECORDS und KEEP THE SPIRIT ALIVE RECORDS erscheinen wird, vertreten sein. Und wer jetzt noch nicht genug hat, kann ja mal auf der neuen Fields of Hope page vorbeischauen, denn auch hier gibt es news news news..... in diesem Sinne

Yeah, wir haben eine neue Homepage. Vielen dank an Timmy Boy(unser sechstes Bandmitglied), der nicht nur für das edle Design dieser Seite hier verantwortlich ist, sondern uns in letzter Zeit bei sovielen Sachen (MCD, Poster, Flyer, Aufkleber,... gehen ebenfalls auf seine Kappe!!!) geholfen hat, das wir ihm hier nochmals mitteilen wollen, wieviel es uns bedeutet. Hi Leute! Wir wollen allen die letzten Samstag auf der Show waren von tiefstem Herzen danken. Die Energie die ihr uns gegeben habt war unbeschreiblich, und wird uns auf ewig in Erinnerung bleiben. Danke auch an Volker und Steffen von Fields of Hope dafür, dass sie da waren (hey, die sind 10 stunden mit der RB gefahren!!!), dass sie uns nen riesen TURNAWAY Banner geschenkt haben (die Überraschung hat uns umgehauen!!!) und an die 7 Mitstreiter/innen, die ebenfalls den weiten Weg auf sich genommen haben.
Des Weiteren möchten wir ankündigen, dass die CD "today is the day" nun bei uns zu erwerben ist. Ihr könnt sie auf unseren Shows kaufen, oder per post bestellen. Das Ding kostet 8 oiro (+Porto)!!! 24.03.04 Turn Away on Free Radio Stuttgart!

Diesen Sonntag 28.03. um 15uhr sind wir zu Gast im "Freien Radio Stuttgart" (99,2). Neben einem Interview, und jedermenge Musik aus unserer persönlichen Plattensammlung werden wir auch einige Songs unserer bald erscheinenden MCD vorstellen. Also schaltet das Radio an, macht ein Bier (oder Karomalz) auf, lehnt euch in euer Sofa zurück und geniesst den Sonntag, er wird OldSkool as fuck!!!

17.02.04 Record done!

Servus! Endlich ist es so weit, die Aufnahme ist im Kasten! Letzte Woche haben wir mit dem Gesang unsere Aufnahme abgschlossen, jetzt wird noch abgemischt. Nebenbei arbeiten wir fleissig am Cover. Erscheinen wird die cd auf Fields of Hope Records. Wenn alles gut läuft ist die Scheibe noch vor unserer Releaseparty draussen;-) Die Show findet am 17.April statt. Mit dabei sind Opposition of One, Morethanever und They Mosh They Bleed. Früh kommen lohnt sich, denn die ersten 30 Gäste werden mit einer Sampler-CD belohnt!!! Bis dann!

04.12.03 Record-Progress: Drums+Guitars done!

Hallo Leute! Wir wollen euch mal etwas auf dem laufenden halten was unsere Aufnahme angeht. Inzwischen haben wir Schlagzeug und Gitarre erfolgreich eingespielt, weils so gut lief sogar einen Song mehr als geplant, und als nächstes sind Bass und Gesang dran. Ein Label hat sich auch schon gefunden, dazu wird dann in nächster Zeit genaueres bekannt gegeben. Ansonsten checkt mal unsere nächsten Shows an, würde uns freuen den einen oder anderen dort anzutreffen. Kontaktiert uns auch, wenn ihr mal ne show für uns habt.

02.11.03 MCD-Recording begins / New Pics

Am 7.11. startet unsere erste Aufnahmesession. Wir wollen an diesem Wochenende hauptsächlich das Schlagzeug aufnehmen und vielleicht schon am Gitarrensound basteln. Ausserdem haben wir neue Bilder online. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Vuki(comecloser) und Zol(morethanever) für das fleissige fotographieren.

07.10.03 New Homepage / MCD in progress

Hi Fellas! Wir haben nun endlich ne neue Homepage. Wir hoffen sie gefällt euch. Ein grosser Dank geht raus an Daniel Zolnierkiewitsch der nicht nur bei der Gestaltung mithalf, sondern auch einen wallpaper entworfen hat, den ihr unter media runterladen könnt. Im November gehen wir ins Studio um neue Songs aufzunehmen, auf welchem Label die erscheinen werden ist im moment noch nicht sicher, es wird aber auf jedenfall eine MCD mit ca. 7 songs werden. In nächster Zeit stehen einige Shows an, natürlich freuen wir uns über jede weitere (besonders ausserhalb Grossraum Stuttgart), wer uns also helfen kann, bitte melden!
